Steven Pearlman, Ph.D., Founder, Content Director
Steven is a teacher and a scriptwriter adept at turning complex educational materials into engaging interactive learning programs, all the while rooting them in research-driven educational techniques. Steven is also a sexual assault prevention expert, having offered sexual assault defense programs at businesses and colleges for the last fifteen years. Over the years, Steven has collaborated with numerous subject matter experts from a variety of fields, and has scripted programs for alcohol abuse prevention, study abroad preparation, and the U.S. Army’s sexual assault prevention program. Steven is truly adept at grasping the fundamentals of any subject, then presenting them in a compellingly effective way.

Jackson Nickerson, Ph.D., Founder, Business Director
In addition to overseeing NFORMD.NET’s business strategies and tactics, Jackson is the Frahm Family Professor of Organization and Strategy at Washington University in St. Louis. He’s also Director of Executive Education at the Brookings Institute. A recipient of the State of Missouri’s Governors’ Award for Excellence in Teaching, Jackson annually teaches an introduction to management class to 200 first-semester freshmen. He’s also a member of the university’s undergraduate council, which identifies and resolves undergraduate campus-wide issues.

David Stobie, Executive Vice President
David has a passion for working with clients to develop outstanding results. With his commitment to forethought, a disciplined process and follow through, he helps ensure our programs are delivered on time, on budget and with exceptional quality. Throughout his career in marketing and communications, David has thoroughly enjoyed creating and managing a wide variety of campaigns for commercial, nonprofit and government clients.

Terrylynn Pearlman, Ph.D., Administration and Research
Terrylynn’s exceptional attention to detail and exhaustive knowledge of our web functionalities keeps all our programs running smoothly. Additionally, her research analysis and reporting expertise provide NFORMD.NET clients with invaluable insight into our programs’ effectiveness. Terrylynn has a background in Criminal Justice and academic research.

Brad Fels, Founder, Creative Director
Brad is a filmmaker and writer with a background in advertising and marketing. He oversees all NFORMD.NET video production and web interface design and implementation. Past projects include the documentary film Underage=Unprepared, a learning tool for teens and parents about the dangers of alcohol and underage drinking.

Barbara Wells, Campus Programs Director
Barbara comes to NFORMD.NET/Student Success with a varied background in the law, marketing and sales, as well as a passionate interest in student safety issues. Past projects include continuing legal education programming and curriculum development.
