Step 1: Discovery
We immerse ourselves in your content, learning not only the material itself, but also your desired learning outcomes and behavioral changes.

Step 2: Scripting
We then write a script featuring peer-led discussions, true-to-life scenario learning, authentic testimonials and/or whatever other teaching methods best address your needs.

Step 3: Production
After you approve the final script, production begins. This includes shooting and editing the main program(s), plus whatever custom-designed user interfaces are required.

Step 4: Test Creation
Simultaneously with production, we work with you to create the pre- and post-testing that will verify viewer learning.

Step 5: Launch
Your new media education program is now ready for launch. We guide your administrators through the turnkey implementation process, which is usually as simple as sending out a single email.

Step 6: Follow-Up
Follow-up for our programs can include re-testing over time to verify learning retention, and can include elements such as video boosters to keep the subject matter top-of-mind.
